Appointment Booking & Scheduling

Arrival Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. Services may be shortened if you arrive late, but full payment will still be required.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24-Hour Notice Required

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with proper notice will not incur any charges.

Less Than 24-Hour Notice

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment for future appointments or refusal of service.

Continuous No-Show Policy

Clients with a pattern of missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be required to provide full prepayment for future bookings, pay 100% of the service fee for any future missed appointments, or may be denied future booking privileges at our discretion.

Payment Terms

Service Fees

All services must be paid in full on the day of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. A receipt will be provided upon payment.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees will be charged to the payment method on file. If no payment method is available, payment must be made before booking future appointments.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in service prices and are appreciated but not mandatory. Tips can be added to card payments or given in cash.

Service Policies

Consultation

All first-time clients will receive a brief consultation before services begin. Additional charges may apply for extensive consultations or custom treatments.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Clients must inform staff of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before treatment. Patch tests may be recommended for certain services. Callista Beauty & Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions when clients fail to disclose relevant medical information.

Results & Expectations

Results may vary based on individual hair/skin type and condition. We will discuss expected outcomes during consultation, but cannot guarantee specific results. Touch-up services may be available at an additional cost.

Health & Safety

Client Health

Clients with contagious conditions or infections will be asked to reschedule. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe for the client or staff.

Pregnancy & Medical Conditions

Pregnant clients or those with medical conditions should consult with their physician before certain treatments. Please inform your service provider of any medical conditions or medications.

Liability & Disputes

Property

Callista Beauty & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please secure valuables or leave them at home.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through direct communication with salon management. We strive to resolve all concerns promptly and professionally.

Privacy & Data

Client Information

We collect and store client information solely for appointment scheduling and service provision. Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent. You may request to update or delete your information at any time.

Photography

Occasionally, we may request permission to photograph your results for marketing purposes. Participation is voluntary and written consent will be obtained.

Changes to Terms

Callista Beauty & Spa reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and in our salon. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
